Because of the way that the Voluntary Sector is funded, there are often major diferences between the management of organisations in the sector and others. This often leads to a need for specialist advice.
In collaboration with other specialists from the sector, we are able to offer consultation, which is based upon years of experience, on a wide range of topics including Finance and the Law.
Combining training and consultation is often an effective way forward as it provides an overview followed by bespoke information about how this may apply to any given organisation. In addition, it makes the organisation more robust and self sustaining.
The range of knowledge required to run any organisation, particularly the smaller ones, is often beyond the range of what is possible and in that situation, quality external advice is vital.
