Foremost Solutions Ltd has been supporting the Voluntary Sector for over 15 years and our two main areas of activity are training and consultation.
Based in the West Midlands, most of our work is done in Birmingham and the Black Country. The Black Country lies to the west of Birmingham and it gets it's name from the fact that it was the centre of the industrial area created by the industrial revolution.
We are able to offer support, advice, guidance and training on a very wide range of issues ranging from funding, marketing and human resources through to strategic planning and engaging with the statutory sector.
In addition to out work with the voluntary sector, we are also working closely with several Primary Care Trusts to promote their present policies of engaging with the sector.
One area of growing interest is the new forms of company structure which are now available to the sector and Foremost Solutions has been heavily involved in the creation and setting up several of these including Community Interest Companies.
